Default NEW DROP BOX links for Italian albums

    Hi Everyone,
I've just uploaded enormous albums of very old Italian songs & dances (some are regional, some associated with the unification of Italy, some with wartime, and others are simply popular regional songs. Chord symbols are always written with solfeggio (Do = C; Re = D etc ). These files exist in my OneDrive. My old Yahoo Drop Box is full and I can't squeeze anything else without buying space. Of course, if anyone opens a DropBox with Yahoo, I am credited with a little more space without charge. But if not, here's a new Drop Box with several large albums...and I hope that my links are successful and would appreciate any feedback. What's nice is that you can see what's there first before choosing what to download. Happy Birthday David Grisman and Happy Birthday for all of you Italia-philes. Viva Italia! Sheri~

Thanks, Sheri -- very interesting. I've seen some of these before at Michael Reichenbach's site, but not all. Pity the Morelli has melody only, with neither chords nor harmony, as there are some nice pieces in addition to the original Sperance Perdute (with 6/8 intro!).

There are a few more good books at IMSLP:

    Canti popolari abruzzesi

    Canti Popolari Italiani

    Canti popolari toscani

    Spanish & Italian Folk-Songs

    Thanks to Sheri and Martin!

I can hardly keep up with you two.... Your timing couldn't be more perfect as I am wrapping up my yearly March Carolan binge and turning attention to La Dolce Aprile ahead.

    You will keep me busy.
