That's it. Just a Happy Easter to y'all.

Happy Easter to you as well!
Well we had a memorable Easter service today. The organist left during the sermon when the flu bug hit him hard. Thankfully a choir member took over on the piano. Just a few moments of real panic to make things exciting.
Happy Easter!

Been playing "Easter Parade" all afternoon.
Happy Easter everybody.
No Easter Bunny this year, but the barn cat did bring us six kittens. Think I'll name them Bill, Jethro, Chris, Lloyd, Dude and Ellis. Matching the name with the gender isn't really important because, well, they're cats. Happy Easter everybody. Kittens available soon.

Six kittens: Floyd and Lloyd, Homer and Gomer, Earl and Merle. Kyle and Lyle? And what about Pearl.
Happy Easter everybody. I am raising some orphans and almost ready to set these Easter Bunnies free.

Some folks celebrate this day with quiet reflection & meditation.
Some behead chocolate bunnies.
Others manage to work in some contact with a spiral sliced ham...
Whatever your preference, hope today was good for all.
Be well..
I'm just a bit peeved I was a bit late to the weekly beggars' banquet. Some fans of my band gather just down the beach from the bistro we play at on Sunday evenings, and cook up a feast, often accompanied by some jamming. This usually includes grilling up some fish, sometimes a pot of gumbo - it can be anything, and the randomness makes it attractive, piquing my curiosity as well as my appetite. They said last week that rabbit would be on the menu today, marinated for days and roasted or grilled on the spot. I don't know where they came up with this - I know where the fish comes from, and it is always fresh and delicious - but I was looking forward to it. Sadly, it went quickly, all gone before I got there. The fish and also ham were good, as was the mashed carrot casserole (meant to accompany the rabbit). Oh well!

OMG my worst fear Hopefully not. According to the experts dusk is the best time for release and these will be released into a huge briar patch (a few acres) with lots of cover and concealment, woods etc. At that point I’ve done all I can and nature will take over. Please don't do it like these dumb @$$es did!

Dunno who you'd call about such an infestation. That's a tall order for most exterminators.
Looks like you've got bigger problems. though, like your world view has just gone sideways.

Thanks,JB. I can't seem to get photo orientation right no matter what I do when I post pictures!

The wildflowers here in Central Texas are wonderful this Easter. One of the best seasons in many years. Inspires my picking (music that is).

Hi Tim, I have the same issue from time to time and Scott (aka Head Cafe Geek (his words)) wrote this up for us.

Yeah, I remember Scott trying to tell me how to tweak that but, I have tried turning my iPad every direction imaginable and I still come up with odd orientation, maybe I exude things being "not as they seem".

I wasn't sure what Scott means in his blog by "saving in Photoshop," but I opened a problematic photo with PhotoShop, used the Rotate Canvas function, saved the image, and that solved the problem. I'm going to call this "saving with PhotoShop," if anyone asks me again, but it worked just fine and it's really easy. Thanks!
An odd side note: my new-ish lap top displays sideways images with the correct orientation in the folder; my ancient desktop displays them in the folder as they really are - ie, sideways if they are. I guess the new-and-improved device has some self-adjusting feature. I'd rather know what's going on with the files before I post them so I don't get caught unaware and have to scramble to correct them afterward.
