Default Two Festive Dances (Adriaenssen, 1584, arr. K. Wölki)

Emanuel Adriaenssen (1554-1604): Zwei festliche Tanzstücke (Two Festive Dances)

    I. Rasch schreitend (andantino) - 0:00
    II. Prächtig (maestoso) - 1:12

    Arranged by Konrad Wölki, 1937

These are two dance pieces written by the Flemish composer and lutenist Emanuel Adriaenssen. Wölki doesn't identify the two pieces he has arranged for this short suite, but presumably they are from Adriaenssen's main publication, "Pratum Musicum" (1584).

    Mid-Missouri M-0W mandolin
    1915 Luigi Embergher mandolin
    Mid-Missouri M-111 octave mandolin
    Ozark tenor guitar
    Suzuki MC-815 mandocello

The score to Wölki's 1937 arrangement is still available from Trekel, and I'm therefore not posting it here.

    Martin
