Anyone interested and getting together to play? I'm new to the area,tried the Irish jam at music folk but too crowded. I'm thinking some evening around 7ish for a few hours.

There is a Monday night BG jam in Valley Park. I've been a few times, but it is in a really smoky bar. Not my idea of a good environment to play and sing. You might want to check it out though:

I think smoking is no longer at Monday night jam. I go occasionally, and in two jams this month I ran into no smoke. We have a Thursday night jam at Focal Point, in Maplewood, but it's anything goes. Irish welcome, and some guys (including me) will pick it up right away, others not.
