Evan Marshall & Brian Oberlin - Twin Mandolin Slingers

Brian Oberlin and Evan Marshall have started a kickstarter campaign to produce their CD "Twin Mandolin Slingers".

The program will contain a selection of classical, swing and bluegrass pieces. I am posting this in the classical forum, but I hope that bluegrass and swing lovers will find it too.

I have just met Brian in Berlin, and I am always fascinated by his unique playing in all styles.

I had the pleasure of being at the video shoot for this campaign. You can hear for yourself in the promo video the array of musical styles this recording will be made up of but pay close attention to the interaction between these two performers. They had a blast playing together and it comes through in the music.

I think this will have something for everyone (NFI).

P.S. I wish I was in Berlin! I lived there for a time; it is truly a great place.
