    David: Bingo! You got it exactly right. People kept saying "accidentals" every time they meant a 'black key' (on piano) or any sharp or flat. I just couldn't stand it anymore!!!!

    If I'm not mistaken an accidental only affects one measure,unlike my accidents that can affect whole songs.
