Note to self... start psychedelic grass-o-billy band called 'Bill Monroe's Raspberry Telecaster'.
As primarily a lead guitar player over the past 31 years, I was a bit "worried" when I saw the post alluding to Mr. Monroe "ripping on a Telecaster". I immediately pictured him shredding country ala Brett Mason or Brad Paisley and thought "cripes... he could rip on guitar too???".
For being a mando-centric player he does fine in the video, but he was no Ricky Skaggs, Vince Gill or Marty Stewart (much less being able to play guitar like Mason or Paisley). Nevertheless... they're all no Bill Monroe either.
