    Default Anybody used a Carvin S600?

    These look very promising. Just wondered if anybody has one that would give a review.

    sorry to change the subject.

    I got one of their XP1000L powered mixers * its amazing for what it is not , which is Heavy.

    switching power supply eliminated the massive transformer that always adds Weight.

    * already had passive speakers, passively sitting around.

    Thanks, mandroid. I have seen that video. I was hoping to get a cafe member's opinions.

    My hope is to find a small, powerful, easily portable unit that our 5 piece bluegrass band can use. We are pretty good at the 1 microphone setup. The Fishman SA220 also looks promising, but the Carvin has 4 XLR inputs instead of 2, more wattage and optional battery power.
