Wish I could make that concert in Marlborough, but that's too far away on a week night.
Troy NY was a short drive on Dec 12 when we saw the Punch Brothers show there, same program. It was without doubt one of the most memorable shows I've ever seen, and I've seen a LOT. I'd highly recommend that anyone go see Chris Thile whenever possible, in any of his musical incarnations.

I wish Thile would come anywhere near my area (MT). He's the reason I even picked-up a mando in the first place (guitar is and always will be my primary instrument).

I would LOVE to see a live pairing of Thile and Jarosz... my two favorite mandolinists and Americana/newgrass/whatever songwriters.

I'm afraid to break it to you all but looks like we get him 2016 when takes over for Garrison Keillor on The Prairie Home Companion.

I grew up listening to The PHC, we listen to it every weekend (twice!), I'm excited to see how this goes.

Looks like I'll be hanging out the the Fitzgerald Theater more often, mandolin in hand.
