    Default The Song of the Japanese Autumn by Het Consort & Sytse Buwalda

    Hello Mandolin Café friends!

    Here is a new video of HET CONSORT with Yasuo Kuwahara's wondeful composition 'The Song Of the Japanese Autumn'.
    This time a special performance with counter tenor Sytse Buwalda singing his improvised vocalise to it.
    The solo cadenza is composed and performed by our concertmaster Sebastiaan de Grebber.

    Hi all,

    Thanks all for your liking our edition of Yasuo Kuwahara's wonderful Song of the Japanese Autumn. It was quite challenge to add a free and sung improvisation to it. But every time we perform it in this way with Sytse Buwalda the audiences really like it.
