Again ... flying with a mandolin.
Sorry .... but this is a specific question that folks on the right side of the pond may have direct experience with. No luck searching.
Calton mandolin case. No problem as carryon from Boston to Shannon, Ireland (Aer Lingus) on the big planes. But we're also flying from Shannon to Edinburgh, Scotland on Stobart Air and back to Dublin on Stobart as well, before flying home.
Has anybody had experience bouncing back and forth from Ireland and Scotland on Stobart with a mandolin in a Calton? The Calton is too long according to the Stobart website.
