Just in time for 4th of July I guess. Not sure about this one (red white and blue binding?) Might be another one of those concepts that looks cool at first but then the novelty wears off quickly. Still, might be just the thing for the right owner. I've not seen one like this before. It's called a custom model but doesn't seem to have a specific name.
