Baltimore area jams/ southern Jersey Jams

I'll be traveling a bit and I was curious if anyone might have information on jams in either Baltimore or Cape May. Thanks for any information you can give me.

Checkout Meetup.com. There are some great groups in the Baltimore area. I lived in the area and still have a bunch of friends in the Baltimore Guitar Group. There's also a good bluegrass Meetup. They recently lost their venue (he bar, Liam Flynn's recently closed. You'll still find some great folks!
