    Resurrecting an old thread here but I just picked up this awesome Tweed Case from Crossrock ($102 off Amazon) for my new Mando and love how it looks!

    That's a beautiful case to match a wonderful mandolin! I love the bright red interior and brown binding (is that what it's called on a case?) Congrats!

    I received a two point tweed case with my Pomeroy last year. It's so nice that I haven't had the heart to use it yet. I use an older case instead. Dumb? Yeah.

    Wait, can't you put it in the nice new case at home, enjoy taking it in and out to practice, and then transfer it into a different (older utilitarian) one if you have to go somewhere with it?
