Moble view - Adding photos

I've done some searching but can't yield any results. Without hyperlinks, is there a way to add photos using the moble view?

Image attached from my iPhone in Full Site mode, not mobile style. If you go to the bottom of the page, switch to "Full Site" and you have all the tools you'd have on a regular desktop.
