Thread: Drag and drop pics for mobile?

Default Drag and drop pics for mobile?

Hello I am having a hard time selecting and attaching pictures with my iPhone/iPad. I have lots of pics in my manage attachments area but can only seem to attach pictures when on my laptop. How do I attach pics from my mobile. If I add a new photo it automatically attaches it but can't attach any of the others. Any help would be great thanks.

If you go to the bottom of the screen and select the "Full Site" link you'll have all of the tools available on a laptop.

I tried it again and I still can't get it to work from my mobile. I am using the "full site" option.

I can upload pictures and see previously uploaded pictures.
New uploads appear at top in the "Home" inventory , and below in the "attachments" to be used area
I can put a check mark on the pictures above but can't drag and drop on my mobile.

Sorry for being a pest....love you and your site!

Can you try to do it from your mobile and let me know your experience.

Posted from Scott's elderly Iphone 6 that's two years old.

Near as I can tell maybe the drag and drop doesn't work from your phone. After I insert the image in, it's not visible but still shows here when posted. You have to remember that technically, phones don't have desktops so it's not quite the same function. If you're wanting to add images from your phone, you can, it's just not identical. Some day we'll update all this and then have 500 people going postal at us because they can't understand new technology

I have the same problem. The drag and drop function in the attachment area doesn't work on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S6). I mean, it's perfectly capable of dragging items around in other applications, but the software here doesn't seem to recognize the signal when I do it on my phone. Is there no way to add a button to the attachment area where we can just check the photo we want to attach and then say "attach"? I can tap the photo to checkmark it; all I need is a way to send it to the attachment queue.
