Default An Affordable Stradivarius at Auction

Think of this as a 'project' cello and violin.
Some parts of the complete instrument missing.
    And will require new strings.

It will take some work but it's got good bones.

I do like an instrument with potential.

All kidding aside, they DO have serious provenance and would be way cool to own, if only as a 'talisman'. I wonder what the lot will sell for?

Be cool to have one of them, just as a thing. The estimate works out to approx. $600-1000 for all five, I'd keep one & sell the rest.

It would make a great key fob for the Vanquish, if it didn't already have the fanciest fob available.

I suspect there's more relics of Mr Stradivari's work on the market than he ever could have built in three lifetimes...
