I LOVE George Cole's guitar playing. Such a killer player.

I love those in black and white. Nice classy touch. Also love the single mic recording.
Newly Wedding had been one of my favorite tunes since I first heard it in a 2009 Berkeley show with Grant Gordy.
Such a great song
Couldn't agree more . . . from T on down, David has had fantastic guitar players in the group. George certainly carries the lineage in fine fashion. One of the hallmarks of the Quartet, the Quintet, and Sextet have been the pinnacle of players at each instrument and the unbelievable tightness with which the group grooves together.
There was a recent thread about sustain. Some folks were sceptical about its importance. Newly Wedding will answer that question, I think. I loved the video.

Are these gone already???
I had intended on watching them but didn't get around to it yet, and now they are nowhere to be found in the link
I should be pickin' rather than postin'
They have been removed for some reason??? Maybe he'll repost them at some point.
Big time bummer
Bummer. Those were fantastic! Hope they surface again soon!
After some digging, I found out that a company called Crossover Touring produced the videos. Here's their page for the Dawg. They have the one video of Newly Wedding there, but not the other three. One of the tunes was a beauty called Standing Rock, which I had never heard of before. These, and probably more are bound to resurface at some point I'd bet. Maybe some type of "album" etc., we can only hope. I can't see them doing this high quality type of thing without something in the works. I'll be on the lookout for it.
