Vaisala is a Finnish company that specializes in humidity measurement instrumentation. I have no vested interest; just happened upon them in the course of specifying hygrometers for my shop a few years ago. They seem to be a definitive source for solid information. Their notice showed up in my email this morning and I'm passing it along.
