Anybody know of any good teachers in either of these areas? If not, is there a resource out there to find teachers offering lessons through Skype?

If you're up to a drive to Charlottesville, I believe that the Front Porch has some instructors. Also, I'd subscribed to Mike Marshall's program on ArtistWorks (you submit videos & he reviews your work -- can take a while for him to get back, although I found his feedback to be incredibly helpful).

I would ask Richie Dotson at Acoustic Box. He may be too buzy building to teach these days, but he could tell you who the best teachers around are. He is also a great resource for when you need work done on your mando.
