    Default Late medieval lute

Just finished this late medieval lute, based on 'The Coronation of the Virgin' by Paolo and Giovanni Veneziano (Italy, 1358) and other sources. Scale length of 55cm. Spruce soundboard, European Sycamore ribs and pegbox, Beech neck, Ash fingerboard, stained Cherry bridge, Boxwood pegs.

Beautiful! And I think the mixture of all those kinds of wood is wonderful. Now we need to hear it!

I have a sound/video demo! Here's a video of someone who does it more justice than I can with my playing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbxfH2P3l74
