Default Need Specialty Repair in Richmond, VA

I'm looking for a skilled luthier to repair and restore a Satsuma Biwa to playing condition. So far I'm getting the run around. I'd prefer not to ship my instrument if possible. I'm located in Richmond and willing to travel if needed. Any help or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Try Richie Dotson at Acoustic Box (acousticbox.com). He is a well respected master luthier.
