Now THAT'S a great use of otherwise wasted time. Well done!

Listened for a couple minutes. How long were you on hold, and did you ever get it resolved? Good way to pass the time, anyway...

Also, is there a volume control somewhere on Instagram? I searched in vain. Videos there are always so loud I have to take off my headphones and put them at least a foot away.
