I have to ask: where does one just stumble across a person in a Blue Chip Halloween costume? To reference another recent thread, I'd venture to guess wherever you saw that person has a pretty good mandolin culture.
Considering the size of that pick, the size of the mandolin costume must be ENORMOUS!
