Hi everybody,
Believe it or not, 2019 is fast approaching. What's your top-five list of bluegrass albums for 2018?

Guess I can't come up with five but I really appreciate "The Travelin McCourys" 2018 release on vinyl, sounds great.
Andrew Marlin's "Buried In A Cape"
I had that same feel too.... Loved " Buried in a Cape" but it's not Bluegrass. As a big trad Bluegrass fan....i can't think of anything memorable on that front this year. What did i listen to a lot this year? Darol Anger E&A ..... with Joe Walsh & Courtney Hartman. Nick Hornbuckle.. 12x2 .... John Reischman "Walk Along John" & "Harmonic Tone Revealers." ....those along with Clarence White & David Grier five lots of ammunition for new tunes.
In my opinion it is Hot Rize's Reunion CD.
Barry Abernathy and Darrell Webb Present Appalachian Road Show
Just picked up the Hot Rize 40th anniversary album and the Earls of Leicester Live at the CMA Theater, great!
