Rigel A+ deluxe on ebay

I'm very tempted by this. However, the seller describes it as a lefty converted to a righty which can simply be swapped back. So presumably the internal bracing is set up for left handed stringing unless Rigels use x-bracing?
I have a Rigel resonator, and I love the fretboard. I'd dearly love a more standard acoustic model, but I want the set up to be right...

Well, I got it on ebay for $950. Comes to £1000 with shipping and import. I think I may have just bagged an absolute bargain :D

Don't think so. i see what you mean with the circle, but the entire top would have been replaced if it had been a reso. I'm pretty sure all the resos were G110 style as well. But, with Rigel's custom options, who knows?

I have never seen a Rigel with a clear finish but I have seen plenty of them in the white (prior to being finished). The visible circles are generally hidden by the darker portion of a sunburst finish. The internal bracing (tone bars) are a modified K rather than X pattern but I don't know whether Rigel would have distinguished between lefty and righty mandolin bracing. I didn't get to see many lefty Rigels that I remember. Good score at $950 trickcyclist. Enjoy!!
