Joe Crookston is a folk singer/songwriter that I like. I just learned that he has a regular sideman named Peter Glanville that plays tenor guitar (and other instruments) and sings harmony.

No mandolin or tenor but this is one of my favorite Joe Crookston video's.

This is the song that I like the most

I heard him play it at a folk festival a few years ago. He was the last artist on the main stage. The song stuck in my head, an ear worm. Two days later, I was in a hospital for a routine angioplasty. After the procedure, I started reacting badly with heart attacks etc. As they rolled me back into surgery, the song kept running through my head.

Joe is really deep. This is his take on Dina Jacobson's life story. He's a treasure. I think there's some mandolin in there as well.
