Hey guys, maybe the wrong sub-forum for this, but does anyone know someone in Atlanta they'd trust to do a good setup? I have a Collings MF that needs some fretwork and a good setup.
Thanks!

Randy Wood is in Bloomigdale Georgia right? He's the man!
+1 on Randy Wood
I also do fret work and set-ups. I am in the Chattanooga area.
Marty Jacobson is great and located In Smyrna, just outside Atlanta. He's worked on a couple instruments for and is just an all around good guy! ... No disrespect to Mr Wood at all, but he is close to Savannah which is a good long trek from the Metro Atlanta area (+/- 4 hrs).
If Marty is not available for some reason, I'd recommend Atlanta Violins in Roswell, I hear they re great with Mandolins. There is also Maple Street Guitars in Buckhead, but they are expensive and have a long turnaround time.

Thanks everyone! Randy Wood is fantastic, but I'm just not keen on shipping my instrument if I don't have to and I don't have time to get over to Savannah anytime soon. That's a pretty good haul.
Marty Jacobson is on the café, so you can PM him or go to his website and email him directly from there. He really is great to work with.

Inside the perimeter, you have Maple Street Guitars as your only option. They'll do a good job.
OTP West is me, and OTP south is Tom Haywood.
Thanks, Marty.
Tom Haywood does great work and if you see him on a Friday, you can probably go to a jam. (At least, I did the last time I was there.)
