1939 Regal Custom Mandolin- Carved Top- Two Point- Oval Hole

This is not a great photo but I picked the Regal up from the luthier on Tuesday. He has made an exact replica of the missing guard and replaced some binding on the edge of the board. He said it was a really great mandolin. In fact, he has decided to make a mandolin or two- probably similar to an A2 from the 1920s. He is an oval hole man.
