    Default Living room concert

Hi All, it's a long time since my last post.

Sunday I had a sudden idea. Since we all more or less locked in our houses, I thought I could play a living room concert and share with my family, friends an others via WhatsApp. And I asked them to take pics of what ever they do and share, to stay in contact with others. Then I started playing in our living room.
No practising before I started. Just some tunes as they came to my mind. Speed is slowed down for listeners.
Hope you enjoy and join in.

    Thanks for watching
    Bernd

Bernd: The videos on your first post don't play at least for me. I get a msg like this:

    The youtube links worked though.

I tried to embed these. Let's see if they work:

It looks like you can only have three videos in a post.

    Hi Jim,
the first is a Fylde Cittern, tuned GDAEa. Lowest three stringpairs are in octaves. The high a strings makes it fast and short to the highest notes.
The mandolin is a ten string mandolin made by Kai Tönjes. Tuned DGDAE, the low D pair is for celtic music more useful than the „normal“ C tuning.
    Both instruments are UK made.
The third is a tenorguitar, tuned GDAE. Made by Herb Taylor who is well known here at the cafe. Thanks Herb for this fantastic guitar.

    Cheers Bernd

Nice set of videos there, Bernd.
I'm playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order. - Eric Morecambe
