Default Lowell Levinger - Somebody Loves You Darling

Interesting (at least to me) 5-string.

Apparently the venerable Banana has a special place in his heart for 5 string tenors.
If you go to the museum page on his website, you'll see quite a few. www.vintageinstruments.com/museum.html

I did a double take when I saw this-- is that a 000-18 body with an 11 fret five string neck?
Close. It's a wreck of an OM-18P body that was rescued and patched up by Chris Berkov, who installed, yep, an 11 fret five string neck.
