Default Name that TUNE - please help! We're been stumped for years!

Can anyone name this tune that Scott Tichenor and Bill Crahan are playing in the above clip? We've been playing it for years but without any reference, we've called it Strawberry Seeds. I'll tell you why later. Thanks in anticipation!

You'd think I'd be the person to ask but I can't recall the name of it or the source. Bill passed away late December 2014 and I haven't played that one, or the hundreds of other pieces of music we shared, since. I miss that guy, as do most of the musicians where I live, to this day. I do remember this particular day though. Local Farmer's Market and it was well over 100 degrees, mid-summer, and we don't look very happy for good reason because the tuning was heading south with each passing number. I'll be interested in relearning the name in case someone recognizes it.

Hah! I would've have guessed that you or Bill wrote that beautiful waltz. It sounds pretty modern vs. traditional, though that may be the chords Bill is playing behind it.

    Aly's Waltz

I believe written for Aly Bain by Terry Rasmussen

Ah, yes. Suspect we picked that up from an Aly Bain recording which is lovely. Thank you, WELSrev. What a lovely piece of music that is. Good to hear it again but made me incredibly sad to spend some time thinking about all that music that disappeared with that crazy old guy and his beat to hell Martin.

I am glad we could watch you Scott and Bill play if only on the video. Lovely playing and you couldn't tell it was 100°F.

Scot, It's nice to hear you and John playing together.
Judy and I have played his beautiful "A Place in the Heart" for many weddings over the past decade.

I've just found this thread, and Bill & Scott's great video, when I searched for "Aly's Waltz" on the Cafe after recording the tune for the SAW group (link) -- if anybody is interested, there is a transcription with chords of the tune at the below link (although misattributed to Phil Cunningham rather than Terry Rasmussen):

The tune is also at The Session, but without chords.
