He smiled. Laughed a little. He's a very amusing guy with a good sense of humor.

This seems like a YMMV thing. Hasn't been the case for me on the Eastman 515. Currently have Longhollow straps on the Rigel A (this was actually Rigel branded), the 515, and the El Rey. Previously used one on the Washburn Jethro Burns F-5 without any issues.

A double thumbs up for the Sully's straps. I have them on both of my mandolins and gave one to my dad for his. Only strap I'll ever need.

Lakota makes a great strap. Super comfy, not too bulky. I've been using it for about two years now. I did have a minor issue with the leather on the end of the strap stretching and slipping off the button a few times, but I was able to fix that by just soaking it in water and drying it off with some heat from a blow dryer.

Sulley's Straps are great! After buying several I ordered one from Sulley for my Gibson F5. Great workmanship and fast delivery for a strap built to my measurements.

Another vote for Lakota. I've found both the product and support to be top quality. I like the fact that I get a great product and the money spent actually helps the tribe.
