WTB as above, Epiphone, Gibson, or? For a project(resurrect a ‘41 Epiphone arch top body into a tenor guitar).

I'm sure you have checked eBay. I just did a quickie search. There is a 1932 Gibson tenor guitar neck for $600 or make offer. NFI.
Yes evilbay usually has some-I seen that 32 neck Jeff mentioned, There are usually a bunch of tenor banjo necks that would work also and some are quite fancy and can be had at deals!
How likely are you to get a neck that fits the existing neck pocket? It may be easier just to make one.
If i can actually find a vintage neck, I can probably modify the neck dovetail, or mortise in the body.
I've seen the $600 wreck on eBay: for that price, and in that condition, I'd make one. There was also an expired listing for a Gibson archtop neck, in good condition @ $200: that would have fit the bill, but it's gone.
Just thought I'd check, see if anything came up.
My friend Joel happened on this D'Angelico tenor neck years ago and IIRC eventually built a body for it. Dave, if only you could find another one.

Jim, that is one fine restoration...or resurrection. Well, mine's not at the top of my to-do list yet, so I've got some time for looking.
Saw a 6 string archtop neck on the bay for $34, you could always fill in two tuner holes and slim the neck.
THE WORLD IS A BETTER PLACE JUST FOR YOUR SMILE!
That would be guitar scale: looking for tenor scale, 23".
