    Hi has anyone heard of a Mandolin made in Germany by Lm furtado and co

    Furtado[s] didn't make it. They're a large music store in Mumbai, India, and doubtless sell a variety of imported instruments (website). The fact that it's labeled in English, and shows "Bombay" -- which is what we used to call Mumbai in the English language -- indicates that it's a mandolin Furtados imported from Germany to sell in India.

    Pictures of the whole instrument would provide an opportunity to get an idea of what German firm may have made it.
