Default Goat Rodeo Tiny (Home) Desk Concert

I looked around for this on the forum, and didn't see it - so wanted to share. Nicely edited home "concert" by Goat Rodeo on NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts). The music is (of course) amazing, but if you're a Chris Thile as MC fan, the commentary is also terrific (particularly the discussion on the varied coffee preferences of the band members.)

Also: check out Stuart Duncan's plucking/fingerpicking on "Your Coffee is a Disaster" WOW

Hope you are all well and playing your favorite tunes on well-loved instruments.

Oh, my...challenging music much? Edgar Meyer, all of them, are otherworldly creatures.

This is great stuff. I love the explanations of the song titles.

You know sometimes Goat Rodeo is "a bit much" and "over the top" or "heady", but then sometimes it is exactly what you needed to hear at that moment.
I suppose most music can fall into that second category
Just experiencing those virtuoso players not showing off, but just doing what they do so well, always improves my optimism about musical performance.

So, so good. Even if it’s not something you’d listen to as part of your regular rotation, maaaannnnn, they’re all so good!
