Default Seattle and surrounding - looking for jams and musicians

    Hey all,

I'm looking to connect with fellow musicians up in Seattle area. My girlfriend and I are moving up there in November and, while she's got an office to go to - I'll be working from home for the most part.

I know the pandemic makes this harder - but I'm looking to find people to play some music with once I'm up there. I don't really care the style - bluegrass, jazz, new-grass, rock, pop, whatever - just looking for some good people that like to pick.

I'm fairly advanced with mandolin - but as with anyone, also have a lot to learn. I don't really care how good / bad people are so long as they play with heart (and ideally in key and with good time haha).

If you know anyone in the area - or any jams that are still happening - please let me know

    Thanks
    Matt

You might try the Washington Bluegrass Association.

You might stop by Dusty Strings and ask there. Beware of the mandolin and guitar temptations, though. 😃
