The bad news is that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. The good news is that what kills us makes it no longer our problem
Cello is tuned to CGDA. If you can read it an octave higher, you don't need an arrangement.
the constraint being they are written in bass clef and tenor ( and I believe a few of them move between tenor and bass clef), my understanding is they exist in treble clef, just not sure where exactly online to find the treble clef arrangements, again with something like MuseScore you can make your own, but that is a considerable effort.

I use Finale Notepad to go from bass clef to treble clef.
And I get my music here:

They also have the cello suites in treble clef if I remember correctly.

IMSLP has them (obviously) for cello and also transcribed for other instruments. Octave mandolin in treble clef would use the violin transcriptions. Scroll down for Sheet Music and click the "Arrangements and Transcriptions" tab. I think they also have viola transcriptions but that would be in C-clef.
Many of us have played them on mandolin from the violin transcriptions. Octave would be the same.

I use the International Edition for viola, edited by Milton Katims, which are in alto clef.
I ignore his bowings and fingerings, but prefer the voicing for the D major suite.

Belbein, what clef do you prefer? If you read bass or alto, there are tons of versions for cello and viola.
If you are looking for notation in treble clef, there is one more issue: what key do you want them in? The first suite is in G major, and it lies really well on a cello, viola, or other CGDA instrument. Most of the treble clef versions, like the one posted above, have the first suite transposed to D major, so it lies the same way on a violin or mandolin as it would on a viola in the original key. Attempting to play them in the transposed keys will tie your fingers up in knots and perhaps give you a migraine too.
Looking at IMSLP, there are 57 arrangements and transcriptions of the first suite, fewer of the others but still 20+ for each one. Anything transcribed for flute, recorder, or oboe seems to be a treble clef version in the original key. A gentleman named Hideo Kamioka seems to have put them all in treble clef for flute, and at a quick glance they look like pretty faithful transcriptions.
I play it from my Cello Suites arranged for saxophone. No complaints https://www.abebooks.com/Suites-Viol...SABEgK4RPD_BwE
While you're at it, these saxophone solo pieces by Philip Glass lie and sound good on mandolin. https://www.amazon.com/MELODIES-SAXO...2651203&sr=8-1

Yeah, the Werner Icking versions from IMSLP should do ya. The suites have been transcribed for every instrument you can think of, including nose flute — but after the plastic surgery I'm having trouble with the high notes.
