"With the huge success of our 4-string tenor models over the past 8 years, we thought a more traditional body style would be a welcome addition to the MRG Studio line. Many have been asking for something like this, so the simple progression was to borrow from our very popular guitar "The Cosey", which is a 6 string guitar based on a mandolin body."

Looking forward to playing and hearing it this weekend. I'll be happy to see how much wood grain comes through - the color looks great and the cream binding on the neck looks great too. Hopefully I'll have tomorrow.

Guitar body sized OM for $550. If all checks out with the tenor, I may have to turn this into an OM.

Just purchased an MRG tenor in walnut. Looks and feels great. Neck is a little wider than my Earnest tenorcaster and my Gibson TG 50. A little noise from the pickups and I am not to sure about the strings. (eadg) Adjusted intonation, however a string still sounds a little off. Could be my hearing.Other than that I really enjoy playing it. I think this will become one of my favorite guitars.

I have yet to be disappointed with an Eastwood mando or tenor. Fit and finish has been fantastic!
