You can’t go wrong with the Mandolin Store and call Dennis Vance and discuss what you are looking for in a mandolin.
A number of the Cafe sponsors are Eastman dealers including The Mandolin Store and Elderly. Like said above, I'd give them a call.
I went with Mandolin Store when I bought my Eastman a couple months ago. Super friendly and responsive!

Mandolin store is currently doing a sale. I just picked one up on sale. As a lefty, its hard to find lefty mandos
I'd say most of the retail advertisers on the Cafe are Eastman distributors. I bought mine at Bernunzio in Rochester, NY and Mass St Music near Kansas City. I highly recommend both.
A 305 just hit the classifieds for $375 shipped. It won't last long.

Here is another vote for Dennis and the Mandolin Store. I bought my Eastman 305 about a year ago. Still love it. Great service, sound advice, and a fantastic setup.
FYI there is an Eastman MD515 listed on the Norfolk VA Craigs List for $700.

For Canadian mandolin players the greatest selection of Eastmans and other high quality 8-strings (and 4, 5, 6, 12-strings) is undoubtedly The Twelfth Fret in Toronto. I’ve bought both an Eastman 505 and this year a Collings MTO there. They ship worldwide too. I cant wait till this damn pandemic is over and I can browse their showroom for hours on end again... https://12fret.com/
