    Default Better than a metronome

Well, over here we’re back into a complete lockdown again. I’ll see my daughter in a month’s time. So to cheer me up, and hopefully you guys too, here’s an hour of merry accompaniment.
And please feel free to post any other ‘Better than a Metronome’ tracks you enjoy (of any kind).
    Be safe.

Save me a spot at the Cozy Pub! I'll bring my Flat top and some tunes to play quietly

    Also, I'm a good tipper!

Is there one with occasional applause and whoops, say at 3 minute intervals?

Ha, ha apparently there’s one where glasses are broken and people are swearing. Awful, but I miss that too!

I like that one. I made a recording with it but I think the mando recording over the top needs a bit of echo or something to blend in. Not sure how to get the ‘warmth’ or ‘colour’ of the tracks to match up.

Pretty scary too, I played my octave with the Viking Mead Hall background and I suddenly got a panic attack -what if these axe wielding young men don’t like mandolinists? Not a nice situation.

This one is ok, about 30 minutes of theatre clapping and cheering that can be tagged onto the end of your tune recording.
    Very respectful audience.

My petite friend with excellent rhythm told me the folks in the mandolin band call her the Metrognome.
