Default My band is playing on TV tonight!

I play in a cover band, we mainly play stuff from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and occasionally something newer.

We go by Daniel and the Deliverance, bluegrass instrumentation, but no true bluegrass in our setlist tonight.

I’ll be playing my (new to me) 40th anniversary Stiver and have a Weber Bighorn as a backup.

A local news channel has been airing quarantine concerts, and we were lucky enough to get selected to play.

If you are bored tonight and need a concert to watch please check us out! Starts at 8pm

Thanks for the comments! So many things went wrong, the first set was painful for us...
The lead singer may have forgotten a verse or two because he was nervous
I accidentally played a solo on our original song when I was supposed to do a fill

We had a setlist and the host didn’t come out and talk like we were told he liked to, so we had to call out half of the stuff on the fly!

And we hadn’t practiced in over a week (we had some stuff come up preventing it) so we were forced to wing it

TV is so different from playing in the bars, no audience and the timing pressures are difficult...

Anyway, excuses aside I am just glad we made it through without melting down completely!

    Thanks to all again!
