    Default Can anyone comment on Dwaileebe Mandolins?

    I'm looking at one of Marc Dwaileebe F5 models. My first foray into F styles. As much as I would like a Collings or Weber my budget is limited. He has a new within my budget at $2300. No tax and just hour away. Solid Spruce and Maple. Ebony board. Gold Evo frets. I know I can get a nice off shore mandolin for less that would suffice (especially for my skill set) but I'd like to get the best I can afford and support a small shop buider.
    Anyone have experience with these and care to share?

    He has a presence of Facebook, they look good, the videos don't sound too bad. We had at least one member in the past that stopped and visited him. If it plays well I'd be looking at it.

    I think this (pics below) is the one the original poster is probably looking at. At some point in the past I saw a video of Tom Rozum and somebody else trying out one of his mandolins but I can't find it now. He has a youtube channel:
