    This is very interesting. 22.75" scale with 2 humbuckers. That's the same scale as the mini strat...

    So what would one do with it? Remove the E strings and slim down the neck to convert it to a tenor? Could be a fun project.

    I'd leave the neck but do a new nut and bridge for a 5-string tenor. I like wide spacing anyway.

    It's not far from a tenor Jaguar and I like the colors.

    I was looking at these when they first came out but the initial reviews were pretty abysmal. Hopefully they've improved production standards since then.

    That means they'll end up going cheap.

    With a few upgrades I'd do anyway - machines, pickups, electronics, bridge/nut, setup - I'm thinking they can be made into a player. All I really would be buying is the woodwork (neck/frets/body). Rest is easy.
