Unfortunately, (pick-up only) it’s barely 20 miles down the road from me! I’d love to give it a home but do I really want a tenor guitar!!!!!!!
I dont get why he has put pick up only especially with covid around!
In any case pick up only sales, always go for far less than postage sales so you could get a bargain.
It is an interesting instrument i wonder what the scale length is?
I think I'd file that bad boy under 'quirky', Fox!
Cool tho, wonder what it's like.
@Ray - did you mean "but do I really want another tenor guitar" cause if you haven't got one...

Nope, don’t have a tenor guitar! Did once try my GBOM with 4 strings and if, came across one I liked, I’d probably buy it but I don’t really feel inclined to compete for this one. Did wonder whether it’s actually a Vega?
(Hyde is only 11 miles away as the crow flies and is famous for the home of, serial killer, Dr Harold Shipman.)
Who knew that Shipman and a tenor guitar could co-exist in a forum thread! LOL
I keep debating whether to lose one of my tenor herd - but the priority really ought to be my Brook six string; and maybe one of the mandolins as I've realised I just don't enjoy mandolin anymore - one was for live. Tempted to lose the most expensive one and get something more reasonable for live duties.... whenever that is... my band is a loud band so the eastman er-m is maybe the thing.

Did yiu ever come across the late Graham Cooper - singer/guitarist? Back in the day, he ran a bookshop in the same block as Shipman’s surgery.
well it's a bit like down my way - I can't remember which mate it was, but as a family they used to hang out with the West family and even had a picture to show me...

The seller mentions a "fret length" of 27 inches but I think he means the string length which suggests it is a plectrum guitar not a tenor guitar.
I will send him a message and try to find out a bit more......
