Does anyone use a mandolin stand that they really love? Looking for something to set my mandolin down on while practicing or on stage.

I use the Hercules stands. You can get them with two or three stations so you can hang a mandolin and guitar or alternate tuned instruments up at the same time.
We few, we happy few.
While I have a stand that hangs the mandolin by the headstock and is quite stable, forget the brand. Saying that I only use if for a concert at an opera house, every where else it's the case. Only place that is really safe.

The Ingles SA20 adjustable violin stand works really well for all mandolins except bowlbacks:

I have four of them.
Thanks for the suggestions! It looks like Hercules has a ton of options. If not a dizzying and confusing amount of subtly different models.

I never like leaving any of my instruments out on a stand. I know that me or someone in my household or my dog will knock it over eventually. Everything goes back in its case after practice. On stage I have used a stand for guitar and one gig brought two fiddles (one for cross-tuning) and had a clamp-on violin/bow holder clamped onto a very sturdy microphone stand. Other than that, it would scare me.
Many years ago I hung my frequently played instruments on the wall in my bedroom. That was fine except one day I grabbed my fiddle case to go to the city for a later jam session. When I got to the jam I noticed that the case felt light. I had left the fiddle on the wall.
However, if it works for you a solid stand like a Hercules would work well. I assume though that you won't have to worry about being on stage any time soon.

+1 for the Hercules stand. It gives an extra level of security IMO.

I use the tripple Hercules on stage and, with careful adjustment, it can accommodate a mandolin, a GBOM and a dreadnought guitar all at the same time.
Despite what John Richheart sats in post #2 they come in singles, doubles, tripples and for those with IAS these - http://www.herculesstands.co.uk/p/6-...em-yokes?pp=24

I have 3 Hercules stands from back in the day when we had live music and working stages.
Lately they stay folded up and sad.

I have three and have two that remain set-up with instruments in my music room.
NOTE: We have no children or pets at home. When grandchildren were younger and before they were players, I would move my instruments into safe keeping and put out a Rogue for them to use and abuse when they visited.

Hercules. Love it. I originally got a couple for my guitars, but found that it works perfect for mandolin. Keeps it at a good height too. In my music room I don't need to worry about pets or children knocking it over, so I keep my mandolin on the stand for instant access. And I use it on stage, it's very stable.
My choice is the Hamilton KB-38. I've used my original one since the 90's and have couple later ones that seem just as good. Here's a photo of it with a guitar, but it adjusts down so that it fits a mandolin perfectly.
Thanks for the additional input, everyone!

I like the Ingles:

The hercules with auto grip and folding back rest supports a mandolin nicely. The back rest is what makes it work well for mandolin. Very stable imo

This Ebay cheapo works well, but not for stage I suppose.
The Proline stand I usually use is out of stock everywhere.
I use the Hercules Violin Stand (DS571BB) that works well for the mandolin.

Ingles ... definitely. It is a violin stand but it sits well and cradles the neck in a latching yoke. It folds up fairly small and is reasonably portable for gigging.
I love hanging out with mandolin nerds . . . . . Thanks peeps ...
Solid Ground Stands haven't been mentioned which offer a different perspective. I know we have a few owners of their stands among us.
