When communicating About an ad, check your Junk Email folder!
I posted an ad for F5 tuners a couple of weeks ago, and put the item on hold after an initial reply. I sent the prospective buyer an email with payment options and paid the donation forward to the Cafe. No further action until 6 days later, I got an email thru the Cafe portal questioning why I hadn't responded to the initial offer to buy. I sent another email, and forwarded the original email. Still no response. I believe the original reply and my second reply were probably filtered out by a spaminator. I can't locate the prospective buyer by searching the Cafe, so will pull the ad and repost.
Moral of the story: if you believe you should have an email response after communicating about an ad through the Cafe's portal, check your spam file.
