I'd reply to this but people might think I was just trying to increase my post count.

Speaking as a former member of the Top Ten Posters, it behooves me to inform you that this accomplishment is every bit as satisfying and self-affirming as one would be likely to expect. Yep, that little. But good for you. Keep it going!

OK Mark, after two invocations the least you can do is pick up your mandolin and provide some actual twilight zone music.

Jim, I look forward to your posts every day. I still think it would be fun if we could ever have a chance to play some old time tunes at some point.

Maybe I will get to Rockbridge or Mt Airy this year.

That is an admirable goal for both of us. Not sure I will make it but the incentive is in the back of my mind.

I would like to play bowlback mandolin with Jim (Ohio and New York are not that far apart,) but the pandemic/quarantine between the two states is an issue currently. Maybe someday (Jim, are any of the bowlbacks you mention in your closet playable?) I would play my Puglisi (my favorite.)

let’s see: Vega Style 3, Embergher N.3, Maurer, Interdonati, maybe a few more are very playable.
