Confusing Michael Kelly label.

Hi. Can anyone help decipher this Michael Kelly label as far as what model? Guy has it for sale on Reverb, claiming that it's a Deluxe, but the fact that it has no flame, yet does have abalone block inlays should peg it as a Legacy Festival. The writing on the label doesn't seem to indicate either. The price is so cheap because of a finish scratch I guess I shouldn't be picky but it kinda bothers me. Could it be a second?

A second should have a B stamped on the back of the headstock.
