Default Looking for Luthier in central Illinois

I have a mandolin I just got - it's a used Eastman MD515.. From my estimation, the neck needs to be planed down (too much of a bow, I can't get it out with the truss rod adjustments) and to replace the thin frets with banjo frets. I'm in central IL, looking for someone eventually I can send it to. Anyone know of anybody around?

You could ask the Orpheus Mandolin Orchestra, which is based in Bloomington/Normal: https://www.facebook.com/Orpheus-Man...7327961344614/

This is the first hit on a Duck-Duck-Go search for “central Illinois luthier”:

The list shows the whole state, but I recognized at least 1 name on it as being a Cafe’ member.
